Patrick
Fullenkamp is a Principal at Greentree Consulting, LLC, with combined 40 years
experience in the design and manufacturing of automotive and wind turbine
components. His
prior work was with GLWN (Global Wind Network) 2009 to 2017 as the Director of
Technical Services to support manufacturing in wind-energy and clean-energy
hydrogen fuel cell related firms. He led the offshore wind and PEM hydrogen
fuel cell supply chain development initiative.
He has worked with the offshore wind industry leaders in Europe, and
visited ports and manufacturing facilities in Germany, Denmark, and China. He
has worked with and visited hydrogen fuel cell industry leaders in the U.S.,
Germany, U.K., Belgium, Japan, China, and South Korea. He was the Principal
Investigator for two U.S. Department of Energy Projects titled ”U.S.
Wind Energy Manufacturing and Supply Chain: A Competitiveness Analysis” and “U.S.
Clean Energy Hydrogen and Fuel Cell Technologies: A Competitiveness Analysis”. In 2017 Mr. Fullenkamp received the DOE
Hydrogen and Fuel Cell Program R&D Award for outstanding leadership in the
methodology development and assessment of global competitiveness in the hydrogen
and fuel cells industry. He has 30
years prior experience in the automotive sector in international supply chain,
engineering, manufacturing, quality, project management, and logistics. He
started manufacturing facilities in the U.S., Portugal, India, and Mexico. He
has a BS in Mechanical Engineering from General Motors Institute and a Master
of Science in Manufacturing Management from Kettering University.
