Holody
brings to Greentree Consulting over 20 years of working with U.S. manufactures,
with a recent concentration in domestic clean energy supply chain
development. Dee comes to us from GLWN where
she served as Director of Operations since 2008 and lead efforts to advocate for
and identify domestic suppliers for emerging clean energy industries. Holody was a key team member for several GLWN
high-profile projects including the following:
U.S. Department of Energy, “U.S. Wind Energy Manufacturing and Supply
Chain: A Competitive Analysis” where Dee lead the analysis and development of
the Offshore Wind Supply Chain Scorecard (an analysis of U.S. manufacturers
readiness to supply 13 next generation wind turbine and balance-of-pant key
components). Offshore wind domestic
supply chain initiative for Massachusetts Clean Energy Center and the New
Bedford Economic Development Council where Holody identified regional
component, material, and service suppliers for offshore wind, as well as
developing the Mass Offshore Wind Supplier Directory. For the state of Virginia’s Offshore Wind Port
Readiness project, Dee assessed job skills and educational requirements for offshore
wind component manufacturing. Her work
in 2016 focused on identifying regional suppliers for labor, services, equipment,
and material for the Icebreaker Wind project.
Outreach, supplier events, and development of a Regional Supply Chain
Directory were key components of her work on the Icebreaker project. Holody most recently led the analysis of New
York states’ job skills and education requirements necessary to support the
emerging offshore wind industry along the Atlantic coast. Holody has spent the last several years
focusing on clean energy supply chains.
Other projects by Holody include the Department of Energy’s 2016
Hydrogen and Fuel Cell Supply Chain initiative, and various supply chain and
advocacy efforts for the solar industry. Holody holds a degree from Ashland
University in Business Management with concentration in Computer Science and
Finance.
